Hadi Sirika was born on July 11, 1964, in Daura, Katsina State, Nigeria. He attended the Government Day Secondary School, Daura, for his secondary education. He then proceeded to the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Management in 1985.
