ECU Cut Off Mark 2023/2024

The Ebonyi State University (EBSU) has announced its cut-off marks for the 2023/2024 academic session. The cut-off marks vary depending on the course of study and the candidate’s UTME score.

UTME Cut-Off Mark

The UTME cut-off mark for all courses is 160. However, candidates who scored above 160 but did not meet the departmental cut-off mark may be considered for admission into other courses offered by the university.

Departmental Cut-Off Marks

The following are the departmental cut-off marks for the 2023/2024 academic session:

How to Apply for Admission

To apply for admission into EBSU, candidates must visit the university’s website and register for an online account. Once registered, candidates can proceed to fill out the application form and submit it online.

Candidates will also need to upload the following documents to their online application:

  • A copy of their JAMB UTME result slip
  • A copy of their WAEC or NECO result slip
  • A copy of their birth certificate
  • A copy of their local government identification letter
  • A copy of their passport photograph

Admission Process

Once applications have been submitted, the university will screen them and shortlist candidates for admission. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a screening exercise at the university campus.

The screening exercise will consist of an oral interview and a written test. Candidates who perform well in the screening exercise will be offered admission into the university.
