AAU Cut Off Mark for 2023/2024

Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, Edo State, has released its cut-off marks for the 2023/2024 academic session. The cut-off marks are the minimum scores that candidates must obtain in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and the post-UTME screening exercise to be eligible for admission into the university.

UTME Cut-Off Marks

The UTME cut-off mark for all courses in AAU is 160. However, some courses have higher cut-off marks. These are:

  • Medicine and Surgery: 240
  • Nursing: 220
  • Pharmacy: 200
  • Law: 200
  • Engineering: 180

Post-UTME Screening Cut-Off Marks

The post-UTME screening cut-off marks for all courses in AAU is 50%. However, some courses have higher cut-off marks. These are:

  • Medicine and Surgery: 60%
  • Nursing: 55%
  • Pharmacy: 55%
  • Law: 55%
  • Engineering: 50%

How to Calculate Your Aggregate Score

Your aggregate score is the sum of your UTME score and your post-UTME screening score. To calculate your aggregate score, follow these steps:

  1. Multiply your UTME score by 0.4
  2. Multiply your post-UTME screening score by 0.6
  3. Add the two products together

How to Check Your Admission Status

Candidates can check their admission status on the AAU website. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the AAU website
  2. Click on the “Admissions” tab
  3. Click on the “Check Admission Status” link
  4. Enter your UTME registration number and password
  5. Click on the “Submit” button
