The Umaru Musa Yar’adua University, Katsina (UMYU) has released its school fees for the 2023/2024 academic session. The fees are as follows:
Acceptance Fee
- Indigenes: N5,000
- Non-Indigenes: N10,000
School Fees
- Indigenes: N20,000
- Non-Indigenes: N40,000
Other Fees
- Accommodation: N10,000
- Feeding: N20,000
- Books and Materials: N10,000
- Transportation: N5,000
Total Fees
- Indigenes: N65,000
- Non-Indigenes: N105,000
Payment Schedule
The school fees can be paid in installments as follows:
- First Installment: 50% of the total fees
- Second Installment: 25% of the total fees
- Third Installment: 25% of the total fees
The deadline for payment of the first installment is October 31, 2023. The deadline for payment of the second installment is January 31, 2024. The deadline for payment of the third installment is April 30, 2024.
Late Payment Charges
Students who fail to pay their fees by the deadlines will be charged a late payment fee of N5,000.

The school fees can be paid through the following methods:
- Bank draft
- Cash
- Online payment
The bank draft or cash should be made payable to the Umaru Musa Yar’adua University, Katsina. The online payment can be made through the university’s website.
