TASUED Cut Off Mark 2023/2024:Academic Season

TASUED Cut Off Mark 2023/2024

The Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED) has released its cut off mark for the 2023/2024 academic session. The cut off mark is 140 for all courses. This means that candidates must score a minimum of 140 in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) to be eligible for admission to TASUED.

In addition to the UTME cut off mark, candidates must also meet the departmental cut off marks for their chosen courses. These departmental cut off marks are higher than the general cut off mark and are set by each department. Candidates can find the departmental cut off marks on the TASUED website.

Once a candidate has met the UTME and departmental cut off marks, they will be eligible to participate in the TASUED post-UTME screening exercise. The post-UTME screening exercise is designed to assess the candidates’ suitability for admission to TASUED. The screening exercise will take place in August 2023.

Here are some of the factors that TASUED will consider when making admission decisions:

  • UTME score
  • Post-UTME screening exercise score
  • O’level results
  • State of origin
  • Catchment area

TASUED is a highly competitive university, so meeting the cut off marks is not a guarantee of admission. However, it is the first step in the admissions process. Candidates who meet the cut off marks should make sure to register for the post-UTME screening exercise and to prepare well for it.
