OAUST Cut Off Mark 2023/2024:Academic Season

OAUST Cut Off Mark 2023/2024

Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye (OAUST) is a state university located in Ogun State, Nigeria. It is one of the most sought-after universities in the country and has a very competitive admissions process.

The OAUST cut off mark is the minimum JAMB score that a candidate must have to be considered for admission into the university. The cut off mark varies from year to year and is determined by a number of factors, including the number of applications received, the performance of candidates in JAMB, and the availability of spaces in each department.

For the 2023/2024 academic session, the OAUST cut off mark for most courses is 180. However, some courses may have a higher cut off mark. For example, the cut off mark for Medicine and Surgery is 220.

How to Check the OAUST Cut Off Mark

The OAUST cut off mark is usually released on the university’s website after the JAMB results have been released. Candidates can check the cut off mark by visiting the university’s website and clicking on the “Admissions” tab.

What to Do if You Didn’t Meet the OAUST Cut Off Mark

If you did not meet the OAUST cut off mark, there are a few things you can do:

  • Apply to another university with a lower cut off mark.
  • Rewrite JAMB and try to improve your score.
  • Apply for a direct entry admission into OAUST.

Direct Entry Admission

Direct entry admission is a way of gaining admission into OAUST without having to sit for JAMB. To be eligible for direct entry admission, you must have a relevant diploma, A-Level certificate, or other equivalent qualification.

The OAUST cut off mark is an important factor to consider when applying to the university. However, it is not the only factor that is considered. The university also looks at your JAMB score, your WAEC or NECO results, and your extracurricular activities.
