Michael and Cecilia Ibru University (MCIU) is a private university located in Agbarha-Otor, Delta State, Nigeria. The university was founded in 2016 and is named after Michael and Cecilia Ibru, the founders of Oceanic Bank PLC.

Undergraduate School Fees
