The Job

As a Senior Product Manager at Flutterwave, your job is to help us make new financial products. You’ll work with different teams like engineers, designers, and marketers to make sure our products are good and come out on time.

What You’ll Do

Make Products Happen

– You’ll lead the process of creating new products from start to finish. This means you’ll take ideas and turn them into real things that people can use.

– You’ll plan out how and when products will be ready, and you’ll make sure we stick to our plans.

– You’ll work with others to decide what features our products should have.

Work with Everyone

– You’ll talk to the people who build our products and help them understand what needs to be done.

– You’ll team up with designers to make our products easy to use.

– You’ll also work with our marketing and sales teams to make sure people know about our products when they come out.

Listen to Customers

– You’ll learn what people want by doing research and asking them questions.

– You’ll watch how our products are doing and figure out if they’re doing well.

– You’ll keep making our products better based on what people say and what’s happening in the world.

Plan for the Future

– You’ll help make a plan for our products in the long run.

– You’ll find new ways to make our products even better, especially in the world of finance.

Be Careful

– You’ll look out for any problems that might happen when we’re making products, and you’ll make a plan to stop them.

– You’ll also make sure we follow the rules and laws that are important for what we do.

What You Need

To be part of the Flutterwave team, you should have:

– A degree in computer science, engineering, or something similar (having an MBA is a plus).

– More than six years of experience making products, especially in finance.

– The ability to use data to make decisions.

– Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.

– Knowing about finance or similar areas is a big plus.

– Skills in leading and teaching others.

– Being good at managing projects and using a certain way of working called “agile.”

– The ability to talk to different teams and understand how money works in the world.
