Please note that these are just the basic school fees. There may be additional fees for accommodation, transportation, and other expenses.
How to Pay Your UDUS School Fees
There are a few different ways to pay your UDUS school fees. You can pay online, at the bank, or through a mobile money platform.
To pay online:
- Go to the UDUS website and click on the “Student Portal” tab.
- Enter your student ID number and password.
- Click on the “Fees” tab.
- Select the semester you want to pay for and click on the “Pay” button.
- Enter your credit card or bank account information and click on the “Submit” button.
To pay at the bank:
- Go to any branch of the bank that is listed on the UDUS website.
- Tell the teller that you want to pay your UDUS school fees.
- Give the teller your student ID number.
- Pay the amount of the fees.
To pay through a mobile money platform:
- Dial the code for your mobile money platform (e.g., *123# for M-Pesa).
- Enter the UDUS school fees payment option.
- Enter your student ID number.
- Enter the amount of the fees.
- Enter your PIN and press the “Send” button.
Payment Deadlines
The deadline for paying UDUS school fees is usually in the first week of the semester. However, it is always best to check with the university to make sure you are aware of the latest deadlines.

UDUS offers a variety of financial aid options to help students afford their education. These options include scholarships, grants, bursaries, and loans.
