EUA cut off mark for 2023/2024

The Enugu State University of Agriculture (EUA) has released the cut-off marks for admission into its various undergraduate programs for the 2023/2024 academic session.

The cut-off marks are as follows:

  • Agriculture: 180
  • Agricultural Economics: 180
  • Animal Science: 180
  • Crop Science: 180
  • Food Science and Technology: 180
  • Fisheries and Aquaculture: 180
  • Forestry and Wildlife: 180
  • Home Science and Nutrition: 180
  • Soil Science: 180
  • Biochemistry: 180
  • Microbiology: 180
  • Plant Science and Biotechnology: 180
  • Computer Science: 180
  • Mathematics: 180
  • Physics: 180
  • Statistics: 180
  • Accounting: 180
  • Business Administration: 180
  • Economics: 180
  • Public Administration: 180
  • Education Administration: 180
  • Educational Planning and Policy Analysis: 180
  • Curriculum Studies: 180
  • Educational Technology: 180
  • Measurement and Evaluation: 180
  • Vocational and Technical Education: 180

Candidates who scored below the cut-off marks for their chosen programs will not be considered for admission.

How to calculate your EUA aggregate score

To calculate your EUA aggregate score, simply add up your scores in the four best subjects relevant to your chosen program.

For example, if you are applying for admission into the Agriculture program, your aggregate score will be calculated by adding up your scores in Mathematics, English Language, Biology, and Chemistry.

Admission requirements

In addition to meeting the cut-off marks, candidates seeking admission into EUA must also meet the following requirements:

  • They must have a minimum of five credits in the WAEC SSCE or NECO GCE O’level examination, including Mathematics and English Language.
  • They must have passed the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored at least the minimum cut-off mark for their chosen program.

How to apply for admission into EUA

To apply for admission into EUA, candidates must visit the university’s website and create an account. Once they have created an account, they can proceed to complete the online application form.

The application form will require candidates to provide their personal information, academic qualifications, and UTME score. Candidates will also be required to upload scanned copies of their relevant documents, such as their O’level and UTME results.

Once candidates have submitted their applications, they will be required to pay a non-refundable application fee.

The EUA cut-off marks for the 2023/2024 academic session have been released. Candidates who are interested in applying for admission into EUA should ensure that they meet the cut-off marks and other admission requirements.
